Pass Plus is a post-test scheme designed to make you a better driver. It tackles some aspects of driving you may not have had an opportunity to experience before you passed your test, motorway driving being the most obvious example.

One of the most noticeable benefits of Pass Plus is that having completed it satisfactorily it can drastically reduce your car insurance premium.

It involves six specially designed driver training modules (consider each one as an in-car lesson) which cover the following areas: 

• in town;
• in all weather;
• out of town;
• at night;
• dual carriageways;
• motorways.

Each module is a minimum of one hour, making a total of six tuition hours. I generally cover these in three sessions of one, two and three hours, but we can work a timetable to suit you. My Pass Plus routes generally go into Cheshire, Derbyshire or North Wales. There is no test at the end, but you must have satisfied me that your driving comes up to the Pass Plus standard.
